Our school, Wings of the Cascades Spirit Flight, Inc. is authorized under United States Federal Law to accept non-immigrant students to provide flight training. Foreign students entering the U.S. for flight training must fulfill two basic sets of requirements to receive the following:

1. The appropriate entry visa: M1 Visa

2. Approval from the TSA regarding the required background check.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION FROM START TO FINISH AND THEN WORK THROUGH THE PROCESS. Many of the steps in the areas of compliance are worked through at the same time. It is very important to understand and to begin each area of compliance early in the process of applying for flight training. YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BEGIN TRAINING. The entire process can take from one month to several months, depending upon the country in which you reside. Access to the internet, email, a bank account established with a U.S. bank and possession of a U.S. accepted credit card will help speed the process. Please read all of this information carefully. Please be sure all information you provide is correct and easy to read. If you have questions, please contact our office:
