Wings of the Cascades is looking for lease back opportunities on training aircraft and charter aircraft.

If you are a business owner and need to travel, the convenience of owning your own airplane can be a win-win choice for you in many ways. Safety, convenience, and time efficiency are three good reasons to consider owning your own airplane and controlling your own lifestyle. Best of all, unlike the volatility of the stock market, airplanes tend to hold their value once they reach a certain point of depreciation. With good maintenance and care, your lease back airplane will fly safely for a long time, providing you the owner with the ability to fly for either business or pleasure and help pay for the airplane.

Unlike airline travel, we are always glad to see you, we will never leave without you and we will never lose your luggage! Your airplane is maintained to top FAA standards, ready to go when you are, and can provide a great tax benefit*.

If you are an owner pilot who flies, a lease back situation can provide twice the safety and enjoyment by having another qualified pilot onboard who assists with the airplane and the workload. Whether you own a cabin class piston twin, turbo prop or jet, we can make it easy. You just show up and fly!

If you've always dreamed of becoming a pilot, this is a great way to learn to fly and defray some of the cost.

The lease back is a triple net lease with the owner responsible for the cost of maintenance (at the in-house discounted rate), fuel, hangar and insurance. An established hourly rate is paid for use of the airplane to help cover those costs to the owner. This is a great way to have an airplane, let someone else take care of it, and receive some great benefits.*

*(Please consult your own personal financial accountant for exact details on how this will benefit you and your business.)

Call Mary today at 541-390-3980 or 541-548-4801 to discuss your future air travel and aircraft ownership. She can help find the airplane that is just right for you!

WINGS OF THE CASCADES AIRPLANES FOR SALE OR FOR SALE/LEASEBACK

The Fleet
All of the airplanes have quick drains for oil, and Tanis heaters for engine warmth which helps prolong engine life. All the airplanes have Bendix King GPS and autopilots. I have owned all the airplanes since they were new, picking up most of them at the factory in Kansas myself. They have all been hangared and operated in the dry northwest high desert region since new, with little chance of corrosion or problems that arise from flying in other parts of the country. All have had 50 hour oil changes and inspections with oil analysis. They have had Part 135 and Part 141 maintenance and yearly inspections in addition to the normal maintenance. Some have also successfully undergone U.S. Forest Service inspections. They are known as one of the finest fleets of new generation Cessna aircraft around.
