1. Open your dialer window (for example, open your email program; the dialer window should come up also) If it starts to dial, click Cancel.
2. Look for where the phone number is typed in. Write this number down, as you will need it later.
3. Erase the number that is there and enter the following string of numbers; if you are in a hotel, you may need to add 9, to the beginning of the string (ask the front desk for details):
   • 1-<toll-free calling card number>,,,,,,1,,<your PIN>,,1-541-<the COINET dialup number>
   • <toll-free calling card number>: Replace this with the toll-free number on the back of the card.
   • ,,,,,, is six commas.
   • <your PIN>: Replace this with the PIN on the back of the card.
   • <the COINET dialup number>: Replace this with the phone number you wrote down.
4. Click 'Connect.'
