1. Traveling & Suspending Accounts
    1. If customer is leaving for less than 30 days we will not suspend account or issue credit for less than 30 days time.
    2. If customer is leaving for more than 30 days there will be a $2.95 a month charge if they would like us to hold onto mail or forward it to another email address.
  2. Refund policy on canceled accounts
    1. Last day of service will be considered at the end of the month and money paid will be refunded from the end of the month to any additional months paid.
    2. Time & refunds will not be pro-rated in the middle of the month.
  3. Mail forwarding for canceled Accounts
    1. If customer is moving out of area or switching to another provider
      1. Coinet will forward mail to a new email address for $2.95 a month.
