- Traveling & Suspending Accounts
- If customer is leaving for less than 30 days we will not suspend account or issue credit for less than 30 days time.
- If customer is leaving for more than 30 days there will be a $2.95 a month charge if they would like us to hold onto mail or forward it to another email address.
- Refund policy on canceled accounts
- Last day of service will be considered at the end of the month and money paid will be refunded from the end of the month to any additional months paid.
- Time & refunds will not be pro-rated in the middle of the month.
- Mail forwarding for canceled Accounts
- If customer is moving out of area or switching to another provider
- Coinet will forward mail to a new email address for $2.95 a month.
