- As is the case with every other ISP, our prices are based on shared
access to a common pool of bandwidth. This normally works well for
the residential, intermittant usage pattern, the bandwidth is there
when you need it. Unlike some ISP's that slow to a crawl (even slower
than dialup!!), we may manage our network to make a reasonable amount
of bandwidth available to all of our clients at all times. So, if you
use far more than your fair share of the bandwidth (eg you do a lot of
unattended downloads, a violation of our usage policies), and your
bandwidth usage is impacting other clients you may be asked to switch
to our 'True Cost' price schedule.
